It has been a while since our last log... we have been a little busy. Abuelo and Abuela were visiting the first half of the month.
Josh turned 30!!! So we celebrated with our very close friends and family in Oklahoma. The boys finally met most everyone that we are close to in Oklahoma and Texas. Matthew and Robert were troopers during our trip. I believe they enjoyed having so much attention and getting to meet everyone. We are very proud of our little ones so it was great to show them off!!
It was also the first Thanksgiving for Matthew, Robert and their cousin Jordyn (she is so cute!) It is great for them to be so close in age, hopefully we will try to get together often so the kids can really get to know each other.
While in Oklahoma we stayed with Gammy (that is what Josh's mom is being called) and we sure miss her and hope to see her soon.
As soon as we got back home, it was time for the boys to get their 6 month old shots... unfortunately they had fever for two days. They looked so sad! As of November 28th Matthew weighed 19.5 lbs and measured 27-1/4" long, and Robert weighed 18 lbs and measured at 27". They are growing so fast!!!
We found a beautiful Christmas tree, and decorated it together. The boys love to look at the lights, and sometimes they may even attempt to reach for the ornaments... They are trying to crawl, but so far they are just two very fast rollie-pollies.
El Mes de Noviembre...
Ha pasado un buen timepo desde las ultimas novedades... hemos estado un poco ocupados. Abuelo y Abuela nos visitaron la primera mitad del mes, nosotros ya los extranamos!!
¡Josh cumplio 30!!! Así que celebramos con nuestros amigos y familia en Oklahoma. Los chicos finalmente conocieron a la mayoría de nuestros amigos y familia en Oklahoma y Texas. Matthew y Robert se comportaron excelente en el viaje. Creo que ellos gozaron tener tanta atención. ¡Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestros pequeños, asi que estuvimos muy felices de que todos finalmente los conozcan!
¡Fue también la primera Acción de gracias para Matthew, Robert y su prima Jordyn (ella es muy linda!). Es increible que entre primitos solo tenganunos meses de diferencia, asi que esperamos que se lleven muy bien y disfruten de su compania.
Durante nuestra visita en Oklahoam nos quedamos en la casa de Gammy (asi llamaran los peques a la mamá de Josh) y nosotros esperamos verla pronto.
Tan pronto como nosotros volvimos a casa, fue tiempo para los chicos reciban sus vacunas de los 6 meses... desgraciadamente ellos tuvieron fiebre durante dos días. ¡Ellos se veina tan tristes! El 28 de noviembre, Mathew pesó 19,5 lbs y midió 27-1/4" de largo, mientras Robert pesó 18 lbs y midió en 27" de largo. ¡Ellos crecen tan rápido!!!
Hemos comprado nuestro árbol de Navidad que esta hermoso. Lo decoramos todos juntos, Robert y Matthew no parabna de mirarnos mientras colocabamos las luces y los adornos. Los chicos adoran mirar las luces, y a veces ellos intentan alcanzar los ornamentos... Ellos estan tratando de gatear, pero hasta ahora ellos apenas logran rodar de un lado a otro... pero eso si lo hacen muy rápido!
